HAMBURGER WITH CARAMELIZED ONION AVOCADO CREAM AND FRIGGITELLI
• Tropea red onion
• Friggitelli peppers

In a pan, add 1 red Tropea onion, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, balsamic vinegar, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, water and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat to caramelize the onion.
Put the peeled and chopped avocado in the mixer, add lime, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Blend everything until you get a homogeneous cream.
Wash the friggitelli and cherry tomatoes and place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Season them with extra virgin olive oil, salt and smells. Bake them for ten minutes in the oven at 120 ° C.
